Rule context

Perry County, Indiana, switched from eastern to central time in April 2006. The Indianapolis News, Friday 27 October 1967 states that Perry County returned to CST. It went again to EST on 27 April 1969, as documented by the Indianapolis star of Saturday 26 April.
